About the course:

This is a 5 week program that helps you learn the basics of meditation, breathing and Mindfulness. You will have the opportunity to practice your skills and address individual barriers that you may encounter throughout your learning. This is a perfect program for anyone who has no or very limited knowledge of meditation and Mindfulness.

About the course:

Once you have completed the Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation program you will be invited to partake in the advanced program. The aim of this program is to help you increase and improve your Mindfulness and Meditation skills. We will use the Chakra system to explore your body and deeper core issues and improve your awareness of who you are.
